# Usuários Externos

O primeiro aceso do usuário externo deve ser feito necessáriamente pelo Prefeito/Representante Legal da instituição. Somente após este primeiro cadastro os demais acessos podem ser realizados. Seguem tutoriais para ambos os casos:
