# Documento Modelo

1. Ao clicar em `"Incluir Documento"` , selecione a opção **"Documento Modelo"**:

2. Selecione o modelo que deseja para edição:

3. Após o preenchimento dos campos obrigatórios, clique em `"Salvar"`  e verifique se o sistema exibe a seguinte mensagem de sucesso:

4. O documento anexado aparecerá na aba Documentos Anexados.
