# Recuperar Login e Senha (exceto ALMG)

**Prefeitura, OSC, Consórcio Público, Entidades e Órgãos Públicos Federais ou Municipais:**  solicite a troca da senha no SIGCON Saída e  será enviada uma mensagem o e-mail cadastrado com o link para que você possa definir a nova senha. Caso não receba a mensagem, confira seu endereço de e-mail cadastrado junto ao Responsável Legal da entidade ao qual você está vinculado.

• **Servidores Governo de MG:** procurar o [Administrador Setorial do Órgão](https://sigconsaida.mg.gov.br/suporte-administradores-de-seguranca/).

**• CMAS:** Solicitar a recuperação de senha pelo email <atendimento@sigconsaida.mg.gov.br> informando o usuário. Caso não saiba, informar o município.

1. Acesse o [SIGCON Saída](https://sigconsaida.mg.gov.br/) e clique em `"Entrar"` no canto superior direito da tela inicial:

2. Clique em `"Esqueci senha/login"`:

3. Clique no botão correspondente a sua situação:

**Precondição para alterar a senha:**

* Deve ter 6 ou 8 caracteres.
* Deve começar sempre com letras.
* Deve possuir letras e números.
* Não pode possuir vogais.
* Não é possível repetir uma das últimas 16 senhas.
