# Publicação (usuário interno)

1. Após pesquisar instrumento (passos 1 e 2 do tópico "[Iniciar Alterações no Instrumento](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/primeiro-passo-para-iniciar-uma-alteracao.md)"), clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Convênio/ Parceria**":

2. Acessar a aba "**Alterações do Convênio/Parceria**", clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Alteração**":

3. Inserir "**Data de Pubicação da Alteração**":

4. Para anexar o extrato da publicação da alteração no Diário Oficial, clicar em "**Anexar**":

5. Inserir título do documento e clicar em "**Escolher Arquivo**":

6. Selecionar publicação salva no computador e clicar em "**Carregar Arquivo**":

7. O documento inserido aparecerá no quadro contendo Título do Documento e Nome do Documento. Conferir e clicar em "**Salvar**" para inserção do documento:

8. Clicar em "**Publicar Alteração**":
