# Publicação (usuário interno)

1. Após pesquisar instrumento (passos 1 e 2 do tópico "[Iniciar Alterações no Instrumento](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/primeiro-passo-para-iniciar-uma-alteracao.md)"), clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Convênio/ Parceria**":

2. Acessar a aba "**Alterações do Convênio**", clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Alteração**":

3. Inserir data de publicação e clicar em "**Anexar**":

3. Inserir título do documento e clicar em "**Escolher Arquivo**":

4. Após escolha do documento no computador (Extrato da publicação no Minas Gerais), clicar em "**Carregar Arquivo**":

5. Após inserido documento, conferir se documento inserido está correto e clicar em "**Salvar**":

Após inserido documento, ele aparecerá em formato de tabela, com as informações de "Tipo de documento" e "Nome do documento", antes da opção de "salvar".

6. Clicar em "**Publicar Alteração**":
