# Publicação (usuário interno)

Após pesquisar instrumento (passos 1 e 2 do tópico "[Iniciar Alterações no Instrumento](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/primeiro-passo-para-iniciar-uma-alteracao.md)"), clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Convênio/ Parceria**":

2. Acessar a aba "**Alterações do Convênio**", clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Alteração**":

3. Clicar em "**Publicar Alteração**":

4. Inserir **data da publicação da alteração no Diário Oficial** do documento inserido na etapa de [assinatura do Representante Legal](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/prorrogacao-de-oficio/assinatura-do-representante-legal-usuario-interno.md) e clicar em "**Salvar**":

**É obrigatório a publicação do Extrato da Prorrogação de Ofício no Jornal Minas Gerais.**

Após acionamento do botão "**Salvar**", a alteração passará para o status de "**Vigente**".
