# Validação da alteração pelo Responsável Legal (Convenente/ OSC)

1. Após pesquisar instrumento (passos 1 e 2 do tópico "[Iniciar Alterações no Instrumento](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/primeiro-passo-para-iniciar-uma-alteracao.md)"), clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Convênio/ Parceria**":

2. Acessar a aba "**Alterações do Convênio**", clicar em "**Ações**" e depois em "**Editar Alteração**":

3. Realizar avaliação da alteração e clicar em "**Assinar e Encaminhar Proposta de Alteração**":

4. Selecionar o perfil de assinatura correspondente, inserir a senha de acesso ao sistema SIGCON-SAÍDA e clicar em "**Assinar com usuário e senha**":

Após assinatura do Responsável Legal, a alteração estará disponível para "[Análise do Check List](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/termo-aditivo/analise-do-check-list.md)".

Caso o Representante Legal encontre qualquer inconsistência com a avaliação realizada ele poderá retornar o processo para "[Cadastramento](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/prorrogacao-de-oficio/cadastramento-usuario-interno.md)" ou para "[Preenchimento de Check List](/alteracoes/tutoriais-or-or-alteracao/termo-aditivo/preenchimento-de-check-list-usuario-interno-e-externo.md)" , acionando o botão correspondente à ação desejada. Para isso, seguir os passos 5 e 6 descritos a seguir:

5. Acionar o botão desejado para retorno do instrumento para a etapa desejada:

6. Clicar em "**Sim**" no poo up de confirmação:
