# Análise Jurídica

 Plano de Trabalho deve estar no status de "ANÁLISE JURÍDICA" 

Necessário que o usuário tenha perfil de `ANÁLISTA JURÍDICO`

Após manifestação da área técnica, o processo deve ser submetido à área jurídica, que elaborará parecer acerca da constitucionalidade, legalidade e juridicidade da celebração do convênio e sobre a minuta do instrumento que deverá ser inserida no SIGCON Saída.

1. Digitar o Parecer Jurídico; Escolher o tipo de Parecer; Clicar em Salvar;&#x20;
2. Assinar a/as análises;
3. Clicar em Enviar para o Encaminhador.
4. Podem ser inseridas várias análises Jurídicas.&#x20;

5. Caso seja necessário uma análise pode ser invalidada, selecionando a análise desejada e colocando uma justificativa.
