# Análise preliminar da Proposta pelo Concedente/OEEP

Para analisar o checklist encaminhado o status deve ser "ANÁLISE - CHECKLIST DE CELEBRAÇÃO" 

Necessário que o usuário tenha perfil de `ANÁLISTA TÉCNICO`

1. Neste momento, o usuário do Concedente/OEEP recebe a Proposta do Plano de Trabalho e verifica se toda a documentação que consta no checklist está adequada ou se necessita de ajustes.

2. Após o envio do Plano pelo convenente o analista entra no sistema e clica em - Checklist-Analisar Documentação

3. O analista poderá analisar os documentos com os seguintes status: Reprovado, Aprovado, Não se Aplica e LGPD Reprovado.

4. Neste último caso é emitida uma mensagem de alerta informando que o documento não poderá ser acessado posteriormente:

5. Após verificar toda a documentação anexada e se estiver OK o analista técnico deverá clicar em "Receber Processo/Documentação" (é criada a numeração do Plano de Trabalho e o status da proposta modifica-se para "Recebida pelo Concendente/OEEP" .
6. Caso contrário o usuário deverá clicar em - Devolver Processo para Convenente/OSC (retorna o Status para Cadastramento)
