# Anexar Termo de Convênio/ Parceria (Plano Autorizado)

**Somente** o **Concedente/OEEP** poderá inserir documentos. A ação deve ser executada, **necessariamente**, pela aba de "Documentos Anexados"**.**

1. Após ter o **Plano Autorizado**, o status seguinte será de "Anexação do Instrumento":

2. Para encaminhar o Plano de Trabalho para assinatura, é necessário enviar o documento de Termo de Convênio:

3. Na Aba Documentos Anexados, inclua o **Termo de Convênio** e clique em `"salvar"`:

4. Após enviar e salvar o documento, clique em `"Encaminhar para Processo de Assinatura Convenente/OSC"` no final da página:
