# Enviar Proposta (Usuário Externo)

1. Após executar todas as ações correspondentes do sub-processo de Preparação, o Convenente/OSC deverá assinar a proposta e encaminhar a documentação:

2. Selecione o "Órgão Assinante", "Usuário Assinante" e o "Perfil de Assinatura". Digite sua senha do SIGCON Saída e clique em `"Assinar com usuário e senha"`:
