# Gerar uma Proposta

1º Passo - Para gerar uma proposta o usuário deverá possuir o perfil de Cadastrador, vide                        , após logar no sistema posicionar o mouse em Cadastrar Nova Proposta .

O sistema irá direcioná-lo para a próxima tela, selecione o Concedente e verifique se os dados do Convenente  estão corretos, os referidos dados virão preenchidos, os dados possuem integração com o  CAGEC .

Selecione o Tipo de Instrumento (no caso de Municípios) virá apenas a opção "Convênios". Se não estiver dentro das exceções, o (x) para Repasse de natureza especial estará marcado. Clique no botão verde "Gerar Proposta".

Neste momento o Cagec será consultado, caso o status do representante legal esteja irregular, aparecerá a seguinte mensagem:

Neste caso, regularize a situação do representante legal do Cagec para prosseguir com o preenchimento.
