# Preencher Proposta (Usuário Externo)

1. Após o cadastro inicial, é necessário realizar o preenchimento da Proposta do Plano de Trabalho propriamente dita. O cabeçalho (em azul) apresenta as principais informações referentes à proposta:

**Problemas frequentes:**

* Falta de detalhamento da proposta;
* Imprecisão no orçamento (valores subestimados ou superestimados);
* Falta de especificação da origem dos recursos de contrapartida.

**Preencha a proposta com atenção,  faça orçamentos e elabore os projetos.**

Um bom plano de trabalho deve permitir ao convenente executar um projeto com **poucos recursos** e, ao mesmo tempo, gerar **grandes benefícios** à comunidade. Para isso, é fundamental que seja construído de forma planejada.
