1. Expanda a aba **"Informações Gerais"** e preencha o campo "Título do Convênio/Parceria":

2. Em caso de parceria, se há ou não chamamento público. Em caso afirmativo, o "Número/Ano do Edital" e em caso negativo se é dispensa, inexigibilidade ou emenda parlamentar com as respectivas numerações do processo e justificativas:

 **Com chamamento:**

3. Preencha o campo "Objeto do Instrumento":

4. Preencha o campo "Finalidade do Instrumento":

Atenção: Para alterações no instrumento, o campo Finalidade do Instrumento é de preenchimento **opcional** caso o instrumento foi celebrado até **31/12/2023**. O preenchimento desse campo em alteração obrigatoriamente geral **Termo Aditivo**.

5. Preencha o campo "Justificativa Fundamentada do Instrumento":
