# Anexar Documentação no Checklist

A proposta deve estar no Status de **"PREENCHIMENTO CHECKLIST"**:

1. Na tela da Proposta, desça a página e clique em `"Checklist - Anexar Documentação"`:

2. O Checklist possui uma lista com diversos tipos de arquivos solicitados. Para anexar estes arquivos, clique em "Incluir Documento":

Quando o órgão abrir uma diligência, é necessário enviar o Plano de Trabalho para Adequação. Caso isso não seja realizado, o Convenente não irá conseguir anexar os documentos para regularização. 

**O convenente só pode realizar alterações em um plano de trabalho no status de “Adequação”.**

### Atenção! A anexação de documentos a ser realizada pelo convenente deve ser executada, necessariamente, pela aba de "Documentos Anexados"

3. Selecione o tipo de documento:

4. Após anexar todos os documentos necessários, clique em `"Salvar"`, na parte inferior da tela do Checklist.
