# Analisar um solicitação de Cancelamento

1. Acesse o [Sigcon-saída](https://www.convenios.mg.gov.br/sigconv2/public/pages/login_portal.jsf), clique no menu "<mark style="color:blue;">**Execução > Solicitações de Retificação**</mark>":

2. Informe o "**Nº do da Solicitação de Cancelamento**", "**Nº do Instrumento**" ou "**Status**":

3. No botão "**Ações**", clique em "**Responder**":

4. O próximo campo irá apresentar a justificativa do munícípio ou OSC e os botões para aprovar ou reprovar o pedido e a respectiva justificativa:

5. Se a pessoa responsável pelo registro começa a analisar o pedido e salva as informações sem encaminhar, o status muda para "**Em análise**". Uma vez encaminhado, muda para "**Aprovado**" ou "**Reprovado**" dependendo da conclusão:
