# Auditoria

A opção "Auditoria" permite verificar das ações feitas nos registros e relatórios, bem como a data, o horário e o usuário por meio de um **histórico de atividades**.

2. As informações do instrumento e o histórico de alterações será exibido na página para verificação da auditoria. Seguem alguns exemplos:

A função de **Auditoria** permite acompanhar toda mudança de status do registro desde a sua criação, inclusive tempo naquele status, nome do responsável pela alteração (usuário) e as informações de data e hora das alterações.
