# Monitorar Relatório de Atividades Revisado

1. Acesse o [Sigcon-saída](https://www.convenios.mg.gov.br/sigconv2/public/pages/login_portal.jsf), clique no menu "<mark style="color:blue;">**Execução > Monitoramento > Relatório Técnico de Monitoramento > Pesquisar**</mark>"

2. Informe algum dos campos abaixo:

3. Para mais parâmetros de pesquisa, clique em "Pesquisa Avançada”:

4. Nos resultados da pesquisa, encontre o relatório desejado e no botão "Ações", à direita, o usuário irá encontrar as funcionalidades disponíveis para aquele relatório específico conforme o status do documento e seu perfil de acesso ao Sigcon-Saída

5. A revisão do "**Relatório de Atividades**" poderá iniciar quando o "**Relatório Técnico de Monitoramento**" tiver o status "**Revisado e Pendente de Monitoramento**":

Enquanto não iniciada revisão pelo município ou OSC Parceira , o "Relatório Técnico de Monitoramento" estará com o status "Monitorado com Ressalvas":

6. Clicar no botão "**Ações**" e clicar em "**Revisar Relatório**":

7. Procurar nas abas aquela com o tik cinza (![](/files/0WUoFH5wbMErtOboRq3w)) e realizar o monitoramento novamente:

É possível acessar o histórico do monitoramento no botão acima:

8. A conclusão já estará preenchida. Caso necessário a mesma deve ser alterada. Após, basta assinar e encaminhar novamente para o município ou OSC Parceira:

{% hint style="danger" %} <mark style="color:red;">**Atenção:**</mark> O Relatório Técnico de Monitoramento <mark style="background-color:red;">**deve ser assinado obrigatoriamente pelo Representante Legal ou gestor da parceria**</mark>, caso contrário, ele não poderá ser encaminhado para o Convenente/OSC Parceira.

9. Se o relatório estiver pronto, clique em **"**<mark style="color:blue;">**Sim**</mark>**"** para confirmar o envio:

10. O processo estará finalizado e será encaminhado ao Convenente/OSC Parceira:

#### Após realizar a pesquisa do Relatório Técnico de Monitoramento, outras ações são possíveis no botão de ações à direita de cadas registro:
