# Resolução SES

1. Acessar no menu "Resolução", depois "SES" e "Cadastrar":

2. Preencher as informações básicas da Resolução e clicar em "Salvar":

3. Inserir dados dos beneficiários selecionando o município e o fundo (o CNPJ será puxado automaticamente) ou, uma forma rápida de puxar estes dados, é somente inserindo o CNPJ e clicando na lupa "![](/files/BGi0gTD2D2ViOmzbp8a2)" ou realizando o upload de uma planilha:

4. O próximo passo é preencher os dados da dotação na aba "Dotação Orçamentária":

5. A UO virá pré-definida e após inserir a ação da dotação o próximo item irá apresentar todas as dotações disponíveis:

6. Terminar o preenchimento inserindo o valor, o ano e a UA (Unidade Administrativa) e clicar em "Adicionar":

Recomenda-se a utilização de valores reduzidos na elaboração dos instrumentos de teste, com o objetivo de evitar o consumo rápido dos recursos aprovados na programação orçamentária e financeira, possibilitando, assim, a elaboração de um número maior de instrumento;

7. Depois de inserida a dotação, clicar em "Emitir Declaração Orçamentária";
8. Para finalizar o cadastro clicar em "Enviar para GRP", inserir o número da resolução informado anteriormente e clicar em "ok" na mensagem de confirmação do envio para o GRP:

9. O processo estará concluído assim que aparecer a seguinte mensagem:
