# Atualizar status da Prestação de Contas (usuários internos)

**Somente usuários internos conseguem realizar estes passos.** Caso seja um usuário externo e precise atualizar estas informações, pedimos que entre em contato com o órgão concedente/OEEP para maiores informações e posicionamento sobre a demanda.

**Verificar se a pessoa que irá realizar o procedimento possui o perfil "Prestação de Contas - Analista".**

Ao criar o instrumento, a aba de "Prestação de Contas" é ativada. Para acessá-la, basta seguir os passos abaixo:

1. Acessar o [Sigcon-saída](https://www.convenios.mg.gov.br/sigconv2/public/pages/login_portal.jsf), clique no menu "Convênios/ Parcerias -> Pesquisar Proposta/ Plano de Trabalho/ Convênio/ Parceria":

2. Digitar o número do instrumento o qual deseja realizar a alteração ou utilize a ferramenta de "**Pesquisa Avançada**" para mais parâmetros de pesquisa. Em seguida, clicar em "[Pesquisar](https://app.gitbook.com/o/-LxLmfutVPwPGivJGUF-/s/RwHa1lwPDYVTV20Pdgjk/tutoriais-or-registro-de-execucao-e-relatorios/registros-de-execucao/pesquisar-registros-de-execucao)":

3. Clicar em "**Ações**" e em seguida em "**Editar Convênio/ Parceria**":

4. Expandir a aba "**Prestação de Contas**" do instrumento e clique no tipo de alteração desejada:

5. Nesta aba é possível atualizar as informações do status da prestação de contas do instrumento, inclusive, referenciando o Nº SEI para acesso ao processo completo.
6. Na aba "Documentos Anexados" também é possível realizar o upload dos arquivos de prestação de contas:
