# Bloquear/Desbloquear UO/UE

1. Acesse o Sigcon-Saída e clique no menu "Repasse de Recursos > Programação Orçamentária":

2. Na tela, selecione pelo menos o tipo de instrumento (o tipo "convênio" vem pré-setado) e a UO:

3. No resultado da consulta, aparecerão os instrumentos dentro dos padrões solicitados. Clique no botão “Ações” e, em seguida, em “Visualizar/Editar Programação Orçamentária”:

É possível realizar a programação em lote selecionando mais de um instrumento da lista.

4. A programação irá aparecer com o status desatualizado. Para atualizar, clique novamente em "Ações" e depois em "Desbloquear/Bloquear UE/UO":
